Who are you?

I’m Baz.

I ended up working as a software developer because it fit my personality. I was shy, liked hiding in the corner and keeping my head down. But after 8 years of running my own business, I realised I couldn’t carry on like that.

I’m great at the technical stuff. I can analyse a business, figure out how it works, how to improve it and, as a software developer, I can find, build or configure the right tools to make it run smoothly.

I’m great at talking to people. At university, I didn’t study computers – I did Cognitive Science, because I’ve always been interested in how people think. I don’t use jargon, I speak plain English. And I focus on the important stuff, the stuff that will make a difference.

I love to help people. There’s no better feeling than realising that you’ve made a difference to someone. I know some people struggle with the stuff that I am good at. It’s only right to help them out.

As I took the time to design my own sales processes, get out and talk to people and understand what they actually needed, my business went from strength to strength. But I realised that I loved helping people more than the technical stuff.

So I switched the company around. If you need help with your business, whether that’s a technology issue or a way of improving your sales process, I would love to help.

How does it work?

  • You check my diary and book a time for our video call
  • I’ll send you the invoice and a quick questionnaire
  • We talk through your business and we’ll look for some improvements
  • If you’re not happy with how the call went, I’ll refund you in full
  • But if you’re happy, I’ll send you a copy of our call so you can go through everything we talked about.

You’ll benefit from no-nonsense advice that you can put into action immediately. Because I’ve been there; from a business struggling to cope with its growth to one that takes bigger and better clients in its stride.

How much is this?

A 45 minute video call costs £149 plus VAT. At the end you’ll receive a recording of the video so you can go over everything we spoke about in your own time.


What if I don’t like your advice?

Tell me at the end of the call and I’ll refund you straight away. If you’re not happy then you pay nothing.

Can you help me with X?

Before the call, I ask you to fill out a questionnaire. I know a lot about business, technology and sales processes, but if I can’t help you, I’ll let you know, cancel the call and refund you in full. If I know of someone else better suited, then I’ll put you in touch with them, but I won’t take on anything where I don’t think I can make things better.

Does it have to be a video call?

It doesn’t have to be, but I think it’s better that way. We’re human beings and we communicate in more ways than just voice. A video call is nowhere near being in the same room as someone, but it’s better than just audio.

Could we have a meeting instead?

Possibly. My office is in the middle of Headingley, Leeds. It’s a busy part of a bustling city, but if you can make it here, I’d love to meet you face-to-face.


If, at the end of the call, you’re not happy, for any reason, just let me know and I’ll refund you in full. I mean it. There’s no point to this if it doesn’t make you happy.
