Review of 2017

So that’s another year over. And as is customary, here’s my review of the year.

Sales – after refining the sales process, we’re now capable of winning and delivering on significantly bigger projects than before. Not everything runs smoothly, but we’re getting better and better. Our target here is to continue this run of larger contracts.

Operations – 20 years of experience has been distilled into a nine stage process – each piece of work gets reviewed by our team and approved by you twice (once during specification and again once completed). Our target here is to measure and improve our productivity.

Finance – Whilst we are winning bigger contracts, in order to deliver, we’ve increased the size of the team. This has increased costs significantly. Our target here is to make a profit.
