I’ve followed quite a simple formula on my website. It’s something I learnt from Amy Hoy. And it’s called Pain-Dream-Fix.

What pain does your customer have?

When they lie awake at night thinking solutions, what’s their dream outcome?

And what do you offer as your fix?

This only works if you know your ideal customer. And what’s going on in their head. But when you get it right, it works a treat.

Take action: What pain do you solve? What does your customer dream of? And how do you fix it?
