Yesterday I wrote about how you can often increase the things you want, just by recording them. Because your brain pays more attention to those things. It’s the same as when you buy a new car – before you bought it, you thought it was quite rare, after buying it, you see them everywhere.
By the same token, don’t concentrate on the things you don’t like. Get them out of your mind as quickly as possible. Pass them on to someone else. Don’t let them dominate your thoughts. Life’s too short for that crap.
