What does that look like?
One hour, three times a week? Half an hour every day?
What time do you want it to happen? Go to the pool after work? Take the dog out before you get started? Get to the gym at lunch, when it’s quiet?
Take action: Block that time out in your diary right now. So you don’t book yourself a meeting or a call. So your phone will ping you a reminder at the right time and you actively have to ignore it. So if you do need to do something else, you can move it to another time slot where you won’t miss out.
