We have a Design Session running through how the Operations and Project Delivery side of your business works.

I and the team build your Operations System.
8 – Operations System Implementation
We hold an Implementation Planning Session and we roll the system out to your team.
9 – Operations System Review
We look back on the operations system and deal with any feedback from your team.
10 – System Review
We have a Review Session and finalise any customisations and changes needed. And we review progress on the system as a whole.
