This free 12 week planner takes you through a step by step process for deciding where you want to be by March and April. We then break it down into individual, simple tasks and allocate time for them in advance. Not too many tasks - the unexpected will still happen so we need to allow for it - but enough to make huge strides to where you want to be.
Follow the plan and you can achieve more in 12 weeks than most people do in 12 months.
